The paper pauper league will comprise of 9 players and run for 8 weeks, with a cut to a top 4.
Players will be allowed to change their decks after 4 weeks, and once again before the finals.
We are using the online Banlist, but the physical common card pool.
Any card printed at common, on paper, is legal.
(We are going to keep a keen eye on "Hymn to Tourach" and "Sinkhole")
